Do I need to do anything before my appointment? Just pull up your insurance ID card through uhcsr.com or the UHCSR app before you arrive. We handle the rest — verification, filing, and claim submission are all done on our end.
What if I need glasses or contacts? Your exam is covered under your plan. Frames, lenses, and contact lenses are separate and have variable copays/costs, but we carry a wide selection at various price points to suit your plan.
Where are you located relative to Vanderbilt's campus? We're at 5300 Centennial Blvd Suite 107, Nashville TN 37209 — about a 10 minute drive from Vanderbilt's campus. Street parking and lot parking are available.
