Do I need an appointment? We recommend booking online or calling (615) 249-4926, but walk-ins are always welcome. Same-week appointments are usually available.
Do you accept insurance? Yes — we accept VSP, EyeMed, Davis Vision, Spectera, and Superior vision plans. Call us to verify your benefits before your visit.
How long does an exam take? A comprehensive exam with Dr. Lipe typically takes around 30 minutes — thorough but never rushed.
Where exactly are you located? We're at 5300 Centennial Blvd, Suite 107. From Bellevue, take Highway 70 S east toward Nashville — about 15–20 minutes. Free covered and uncovered parking directly in front of our suite.
Are you accepting new patients? Yes! We're currently accepting new patients from Bellevue and all across Nashville. New patients should plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early.
